Looking at photos/videos I took for my YT channel is such a bittersweet experience at this point. I do miss the channel at points, but I also feel a lot lighter since losing it. It was stifling my creativity and making me feel like I had to fit within a particular box that I had somehow fallen into. I've felt more inspired and creative the past month than I had felt over the past several years with that channel. I had a great run with it at first and then it started to drain me, all unbeknownst to me. I can feel my passion and will to work returning, and I'm really enjoying it!! I really hope y'all can tell I've been feeling better too, the shift felt incredibly dramatic and I was bummed at first, but I think this was all for the best. I think my YT era is over, it's time to move on to bigger and better things! Thank you all so much for sticking around while I figure out my life/work balance, it's been a challenge but it's all moving in a positive direction now and I'm liking it a lot!
