昔からコンプレックスでもあったけど、今は少し自分のたくましくて短めの脚が好きになってきたかも🤫
一度凄く筋肉も落として細くなった事があるんだけど、脂肪も筋肉もない自分の体がとても貧相でみっともないものに思えたの。
健康感がある今の方がいい。
しかし、欲を言うと少し脂肪を落としてゴリラの下半身のような太腿になりたい🦍

日本の私が住んでいる街に珍しく大雪が降ったヽ(´▽｀)/
ジムに行ったが、トレーニングの最中見える景色が段々大雪になってきてテンションが上がって集中できないのでさっさと出てきた😂
雪の中を散歩して大満足♪
