I find the best way for me to destress and unwind is to practice yoga, write in my journal, stretch, take a bath or sometimes just sit on the couch with my popcorn , wine with my kitty Sky and veg out the f out watching some reality tv.
No matter what, I always try to listen to my body and give it what it needs.. if your feeling stressed, get a workout in, call a friend, have some tequila ?..whatever you need to let your hair down and be comfortable and let some of that stress go even if its just for a couple hours ❤️?
