I got you π€πΌ 1οΈβ£ Warm up squats: 10-12 reps with a challenging but comfortable weight to warm up those legs π₯ 2οΈβ£ Pulse squats: 10 reps, pulse up down at the bottom for extra burn and TUT (time under tension) CRITICAL for building mass π 3οΈβ£ Single- leg bench lunges: great isolation movement for quads and glutes. This one will test your balance and recruit those fast twitch muscle fibers. Make sure your stepping far enough back on the lunge to reduce strain in the knee! 10-12 reps each side 4οΈβ£ Deadlift with dumbbells: a staple in my hamstring routine! Make sure your back in not arching and your feeling the pull in the hamstrings and keeping your weight mostly on the heels. 10-12 reps REPEAT 4 TIMES!! Thatβs it!
