I feel like I've been given the gift of this disease to help others understand health better. It would be selfish and foolish of me not to share this information with my friends. Especially during this time, it's more crucial than EVER that I spread the word on the newest and most radical science out there on health and wellness. Would you be more likely to listen to me speak these "fun" facts or read them on a graphic? Or both? ➋ I love audio recordings, I love them so much. I love recording them and hearing about how they made you feel. It's definitely becoming a small fetish. So, I want to offer more audios.
