It causes antibodies to attack my gland because my body doesn’t know the difference between a tiger attacking me and coffee beans entering my body (stuck in fight or flight mode 24/7.) But it’s one of my favorite drinks on this planet so I limit myself. I try to only have a small cup every other Saturday and when I drink it, I make sure I’m not doing anything else so I can fully focus on the taste, the smell, and how it feels to drink the forbidden fruit 🙈
