When a 609 letter is sent it is classified as a general dispute and this can cause some items to be removed. So it is not the letter itself, it is what the bureaus usually do with non-specific or general letters,which is why I send out 50/100 letters cuz it’s based upon whatever u are going threw on your credit to make one of these letter work , which is classify 609 letters as a general dispute letters n not advance letters anymore cuz everyone is trying to send the same letters n the credit company’s are paying attention ….
