Thank you for supporting my work, thank you for being here as I live my real life with all its ups and downs. Today I feel pretty hopeful and despite my ever present battle with mental health, i feel optimistic. Anyone else also struggling know that my DMs are always open and you can message me if you just need someone to listen. Sometimes it takes me a while to respond because I too struggle but I will always respond eventually. I’m always trying my absolute fucking hardest to show up and to be here. I love this work, I truly do and when I can’t make myself show up, it’s a big sign that my mental health is really slipping. Anyway that’s a little ramble and it’s not all sexy and stuff… I love to be that hot yoga teacher here but there’s a real human side to me as well and both are equally authentic. Thank you for seeing all of me in this human condition.
