It has been on the market for 2 months, no other offers, price was dropped $50K a few weeks ago and today mine and two other offers were submitted 🤦🏼♀️ Whyyyy tho? I thought I was going to be able to get this gem for under asking and now if I get it at all, it will be for way over asking.
