He’s not really even in pain but he was uncomfortable and knew something was wrong. Even the ER Dr. Is shocked at the CT results! Especially since he passed the physical tests for appendicitis without jumping in pain, no fever, no nausea. Literally he just says his stomach feels “pressure”. Lol personally, I had appendicitis and I was on the floor crying in pain 🤣
