





I know I should do my 500m rowing sprints that I skipped earlier in the week, but if I have a choice between cardio and lifting heavy, give me a barbell any day! I benched 100lb and I was very happy with that. It was super easy and I wanna hit 105lb. I might try on Monday. I also did lots of sets of 2 clean & jerks. Nothing better than throwing weight around on a Friday night 😘
