I’ve been in bed ever since I moved in and have been having trouble taking care of myself with basic needs. It’s been hard without my meds, I totally thought I’d be able to push through a lil but it’s just not possible without it for me.
I know I always say it’ll be a break and end up posting which, this’ll probably happen again but just know I’m probably just doing it out of “aaaa i don’t wanna lose everything 😭” and I still am here to provide a service and will still try to do so!
My therapist gave me some resources in Philly for meds and I’m gonna try hitting them up! Sorry for letting everyone down rn, this isn’t a good reflection of me I think. It feels like I’ve been thrown back to when I first started my page (unmedicated asf and a mess), I don’t want to go back to that version of myself. I liked how I felt I was able to get things done two months ago and I felt so on top of the world and now everything’s come crashing down 😅
Anyways, I’ll be back soon! Schedule is up until January 2nd this time unfortunately so I’ll try adding in some mirror pics for you! :3
