I felt like 1 million bucks when I got my IUD removed the other week. it was the first day I had without cramps in 7 months but then I started having some complications that night because my body to got in a complete overload of hormones and then I went off the rails 😥 then I got my first period in 7 months which I thought was going to be worse than the last seven months have been not having one and having cramps 24/7 and other things, but, it actually went a lot smoother than I thought. I know that doesn’t make up for me saying I was going to be back the other day and then spontaneously disappearing that night. it’s been over a week now that the IUD‘s been out of my body. I am feeling much more stable mentally and less hormonal now and can finally get back on track now. I hope you can forgive my tardiness and lack of communication during this stressful time for me.
